Our 1,200 olive trees are planted on south-facing bench land on either side of the old 1867 ranch house and stage coach inn pictured on our label. Our extra virgin olive oil is a field blend of the five Tuscan varieties we cultivate without pesticides or herbicides.

Organic, not certified. We do not use herbicides or pesticides. We use an OMRI-approved spray "Spinosad" against the olive fruit fly.
