We are a winery, olive mill, and animal sanctuary. We began producing our own premium extra virgin olive oil from the ground up, by first bringing two thousand olive tree saplings from the Tuscan region of Italy to our California estate in 1999. We also produce Extra Virgin Olive oil for many major wine brands in Northern California’s wine country.
