We grow, dry, and grind chile peppers into high quality spices using sustainable agricultural techniques to produce healthy food without compromising future generations' ability to do the same. Located 100 miles north of San Francisco our farm is Renegade certified. In addition to peppers, we grow a mix of heirloom Italian dry beans, produce olive oil from our 500 olive trees, and grow strawberries for those lucky enough to live in or stop through the Anderson Valley in the summer!

Boonville Barn Collective, started in 2019, is one of the few farms in the United States offering Farm-to-Jar chile powders at scale. And by scale, we’re talking about 4 acres of chiles which are all harvested by hand and dried to create chile powders, flakes, or whole dried chiles. The supply chain we built is short, free of import tariffs, and is direct from our farm. The entire production process takes place on our Anderson Valley farm: from saving seeds to planting starts to harvesting chiles, to drying them, to packing the chiles up, to planning what happens next year. Each order is packed and shipped by our team from our farm office. We take pride in having our hands in the whole process and think our Chiles make the perfect addition to your spice drawer. Our woman-owned farm is the largest producer of espelette chile powder (we call it Piment d’Ville) outside of its original home in Espelette, France! We’ve been featured in the New York Times, Bon Appetit, PBS, civil eats, and Eater.
